Meet The Doctors

Dr. Bryan Hill is a dedicated and passionate dentist with a mission to help patients who are struggling with failing, missing, or severely damaged teeth find a long-term solution—and regain the confidence to smile, eat, and live without worrying about their teeth.

Originally from Southern West Virginia, Dr. Hill earned his dental degree from West Virginia University, where he was recognized with the PJ Zickefoose Memorial Scholarship for his compassionate approach to patient care. After graduating in 2015, he continued his training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program in Dallas, Texas.

Over the years, Dr. Hill has pursued extensive continuing education in advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry, with a particular passion for full-arch dental implant treatment, including All-on-X. His training allows him to combine advanced technology, precise treatment planning, and cosmetic smile design to create teeth that look natural, feel secure, and are designed to provide a long-term solution for patients with failing teeth.

For many patients, the biggest obstacle to moving forward isn’t the treatment itself—it’s fear. That’s why Dr. Hill has created a different kind of experience at Afton Dental. Working alongside a dental anesthesiologist, patients can be comfortably sedated, wrapped in a warm blanket, and allowed to sleep through their procedure. A few hours later, they can wake up to a beautiful new smile and a renewed sense of confidence.

Dr. Hill believes that full-arch implant dentistry is about much more than replacing teeth. It’s about giving patients back the ability to eat the foods they love, smile without embarrassment, and stop worrying about what their teeth will look like or feel like tomorrow.

His approach combines the precision of advanced implant dentistry with the artistry of cosmetic smile design. Every case is carefully planned around the individual patient, with the goal of creating a smile that looks natural and feels like it belongs to them.

Dr. Hill is an active member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society, and American Dental Association, and remains committed to continually advancing his education and skills.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his Goldendoodle, Warby, around Charlotte, NC. He is a devoted Panthers fan and enjoys photography, basketball, skiing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

For Dr. Hill, the most rewarding part of dentistry is seeing what happens when a patient who has spent years hiding their smile finally looks in the mirror and sees themselves differently.
